Excelsior Cafe - loctaed in the heart of the Shenton Park shopping area this a place to visit - the coffee was great an our brunch was yummy.th place has a cool vibe -it is well laid out and the service was good. The help yourself water tap is pretty funky. It's the kind of place that you want every neighbourhood to have. The display food was update at least twice when were sitting - so this turn over is good - the salad are fresh and wait staff friendly - the muffins big and tasty.
